7 Awesome Russian Southern Kamchatka

Awesome Russian Southern Kamchatka

Posted on October 11, 2015 by tim

One of the coolest Kamchatka explorers and bloggers, Lusika, has posted a new report from the area of her expertise – Southern Kamchatka. A Russian Far East land of volcanoes and fogs and awesome untouched nature. Let’s see what she has been up to!

So first of all she said that this year the summer was very cold. In August she could still see plenty of snow which remained there from last winter. Because of this, the automobiles were sometimes not able to easily move across the landscape. Sometimes they needed to lower the pressure in the tires to move on.

Anyways, from time to time they were stuck like this.

Come on! I’m not prepared to click through TWENTY FOUR pages to see 2 pics per page! Please change this annoying format and put all pics on 2 or 3 pages.

After the years I spent on englishrussia and I didn’t pay a thing I just figured out that I could pay 1.99$ for the time I enjoyed it when it was more than 2 pictures per page and now I have all of them on the same page and I keep one of my favorite blogs alive… You can do the same unless you are one of those cheap dudes that don’t pay for anything…

So pay the guy $2, it won’t hurt you. Do you work for free?

I’d like to see more of Kamchatka peninsula. With all the old nuclear submarines bases there were and still are on there, as well as all the old airfield now abandoned it would be quite cool to see some of those.
