And these are shafts used in power plants.

And an Italian lathe that machines them.

Some shafts are up to 3 meters or 10 feet in diameter.

Some floors are made of wooden blocks installed vertically. They are probably made this way to protect parts from damage if they land on the floor.

Working on the inside of the parts.

Every inch is meticiously inspected.

And those are huge bolts used to put this stuff all together.

    Very clean factory, I think it would be an privledge to work in an environment like that

    Compared to the UK large electrical machine factory that I worked in during the 1970’s it is a lot cleaner but so are all modern European factories. Cleanliness motivates people, even those who abuse it.
