    Much has changed in St. Petersburg yet much remains the same. Most of the classic buildings still exist and many have been restored or re-purposed. Traffic is much worse now- Peter, and later Soviet planners could never have anticipated the massive amount of private automobiles that are now in the city.

    Not a day goes by that I don’t miss the place.
