Another miracle of nature occurred on July 12th. Those who live in the Chelyabinsk region and in Ural, Russia, could “enjoy” snow falling in the middle of summer. In some areas snow was as thick as 5-10 cm!

    This seems to be a weather modification experiment. Weather modification is being studied a lot.

    I remember a few years ago we had a similar thing in Melbourne, Australia. Not as quite as much, but still pretty crazy.
