16 Third Reich Artifacts Out of Russian Soil

Third Reich Artifacts Out of Russian Soil

Posted on May 28, 2014 by tim

That’s an another example of what a metal detector, a shovel and a few hours of hard work can bring you while wandering through the Russian forests. You can start digging virtually anywhere with a chance of a find, as if you stop on your trip through European Russia and take a few steps into the wilderness you for sure can find the surrounding landscape being strangely uneven. It looks like the solid ground is wavy, with depressions here and there. What those are is the old time army trenches left from the World War 2 era, and they can be encountered in the woods, on the outskirts of the villages, etc. I recall seeing those things around very often, and many remain untouched with no visible traces of modern excavation present, so probably a good shovel can help you get something like the things depicted here too. More guns, coins, nazi memorabilia and even hand grenades and machine gun ammo loads can be seen inside this post.

  2. Amerikanyetz says:

Seems like a pretty good way to get your face blown off

  3. The Stegosaur says:

Your new leader is not unlike the German nazi leaders of the WW2, all with deceitful propaganda and open hostility to the neighbouring countries.

The world will suffer a lot because you Russians let this guy take power and you support him. I suggest all Russians who don’t support the dictator escape the country while you still can.

maybe the smart ones already have

one more idiot , that are not living in Russa bvut are going to tell peaople how to think and live.

    • Ronald says:

The world will never suffer as much from Putin as it has from Hiroshima, Nagasaki, and every war the U.S has entered or started since then.

Putin is only minding his own back yard. Look to the U.S if you want to see who is trying to conquer the world. Can you not see how they have gained unprecedented control over global politics and economy since WW2? Put things into context and open your eyes, and you will realize what the U.S ambitions are: global domination and complete control of politics, economy and trade.

Vladimir Putin is one of the greatest leaders in history.
If the president of the USA had only a tiny bit of what Putin have the world would be much more peaceful.

    Looks like fun.
But I think they’re not showing the bones those gold wedding rings came off of. That’s not something you would just drop.

  5. Marlon Grafbag says:

Those Germans are terrible, they should have taken their litter with them.

  6. Douglas says:

There’s enough old German military stuff there to keep people digging for the next 100 years.

  7. MattNSW says:

Interesting stuff, can’t say I agree with robbing corpses though. Leave the dead to rest, those guys all suffered enough in life, they should be left with at least a little dignity.

And will you political spammers shut up, you’re boring and nobody comes to English Russia to read your rubbish.

    • Dan says:

I doubt these items were literally stolen from corpses. If one side has to make a hasty retreat, anything not tied down or on their backs gets left behind. I would bet that if a skeleton *was* found, the authorities would be contacted and a DNA test would be done to ensure a proper burial. There are no doubt many (on all sides) who have not been laid to rest properly.

On page 5, the third picture from the top; can someone tell me what that is?

  9. Bill Smith says:

This looks like something I would like to do. The problem is, you are very likely to hit on a bunch of old ammunition, or even a land mine, which could blow up in your face and kill you. Very dangerous, and it happens all the time.
