Tasty Life Or Making Red Caviar

Some people think that those who live in Sakhalin have red caviar for breakfast, dinner and supper. It is wrong, of course – red caviar is not included in their everyday menu. Just like you and most Russians, they eat it on holidays and when they really want to. It is not so cheap on the island, either, but almost everyone who comes to Sakhalin usually buys several kilograms of red caviar to take home for family and friends. It’s true.
We are going to visit a fish factory in Sakhalin and see how this product is made. Maybe after seeing these photos you will like it even more, or maybe stop eating it for ever.

    I like caviar but its usually too salty. I wish they would pack it with less salt.
