    We do the same in Bulgaria when the bus is stuck in the snow. All the men get out and push.

    Trolleybus stuck in neutral wires inserted at the intersection. Had to drive through inertia, but could not because of traffic jams.

    Electric trolly vehicles can hit ice build up on the power lines above.

    That ice is why they can lose power and need to be “bumped” to a clear spot.
