A photo report from Shemakha village where bread is still baked according to the old traditions. And this bread is very popular! It is sold to two neighbouring regions. Buyers know that this bread has no chemicals and is made from local flour.

These women got used to carry heavy sacks of flour.

The flour is poured into such capacities.

Meanwhile the furnace is being fired.

Pre-dough is the first to be made.

Mixing the ingredients.

They usually do not trust machines, work by hands.

The dough is ready.
