Russian city Uglich is not visibly changing through the years. The same ships at the pier, tourists, souvenirs and freshly painted monument to Lenin. The city itself keeps seeing dreams about its princely youth and its merchant prosperity. No industry has ever been developed here that would let the city live a better life.

    Indeed, a place where time goes by slowly. Probably a nice place to spend a few days in the summer and not think about anything.
