Inside this post you can see how long loaves are made in Vladivostok, Russia.

Primary product is filled manually but it has to be weighed first.

Everything is to be mixed now.

Now the aggregate should be cleaned from the dough.

Then the capacity with the dough is placed on this platform which will go to the baking shop.

This aggregate cuts off big pieces of dough from all the mass and they go down to another shop.

Pieces of dough come to the line of long loaves baking.

They are shaped like this first.

The pieces of dough are about to go to the oven.

This line allows to make up to 10 000 loaves daily.

Only employee only works at the new technological line.

This machine makes failiar long loaf cuts.

Now the loaves are going to the oven.

The cost of the new production line amounted to 37,5 million rubles (1 million 250 thousand dollars). Its length is more than 23 m, the square of the oven is 28,35 m2.

Now they are ready to be delivered to bakeries.

    I disagree. They way it was the photos took forever to load. Just clicking “Next” is not much of a big deal to me.
