21 Climbing High In Dubai

Climbing High In Dubai

Posted on March 31, 2013 by team

We are back with the Russian guys who climbed the Great Pyramide in Egypt recently. This time they are in Dubai – no way this city can disappoint anyone especially being observed from the roofs.

These are the First Interchange on Sheikh Zayed Road and Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world.
Dubai impresses much when you look at it from a plane flying low – you see all these huge highways in the middle of the desert, numerous street networks without houses (they will appear as quarters in future). Everything is so big in Dubai!

One does not need to be a sheikh to experience all pleasures of Dubai!

More than half of the population of Dubai are immigrants. People from other rich countries come here to work. When you come down to the subway you see so many different faces there. But it is so crowded that it’s quite a challenge to use it if you are not used to something like this.

Some tourists come with a single aim – to go shopping to Dubai Mall, the biggest shopping centre on the planet and to see Burj Khalifa, of course.

A man from Europe is having rest with two Filipino women on the roof of the hotel.

People are not allowed to walk hand in hand in the streets, to kiss in public. But a woman is never forced to wear a burqa if she doesn’t want to.

Climbing roofs of Dubai is a rather risky undertaking, laws are stricter than in Russia here.

There are a lot of roofs with pools on top, viewing platforms and helipads. Roofs are not locked just because nobody will ever go up for jumping down, hang an opposition poster or hide with a sniper rifle. People have no paranoia at all.

Dubai is a splendid city. Everything is real here, we mean beauty is real. They think about functionality less when plan to build something new, they are more interested in its exterior beauty.

Quite surprisingly free WiFi can be rarely found in Dubai.

Gorgeous Burj Khalifa.

What you can see with your own eyes from height at night in Dubai is simply breathtaking!

This is the financial centre of the city.

But Dubai is not only skyscrapers…

Not so rich people live in places like this.

Before playing cricket.

Not only supermodels are on the roofs of modern skyscrapers!

And this is one of the coolest places in the whole city – the roof of a five star hotel Millennium Plaza.

Dubai Marina is a place where the richest live. Its hotels are the most expensive.

Palm Jumeirah – an artificial achipelago.

The world’s most luxurious hotel – Burj Al Arab.

It’s a cool dropzone for paratroopers.

In the background is “Atlantis” – one of the most expensive world hotels.

Isn’t it paradise on Earth?

Stunning views from Burj Khalifa.

In fact the views from the splendour of Dubai, Burj Khalifa, are not the best in the city.

Where else will the guys go?

All built with European and American money that came from selling oil.

It’s interesting. The radical liberals (at least in America) hate people with lots of money, unless you’re an actor (hollowood elite) or a politician that stole it from the people.
But the interesting thing is, they don’t hate people like these because they have tons of money. They only seem to hate their own people. Liberals, weird.

Dubai could be a modern nice place in the world: but do not have infraestreturas when come to sewer’s central station; for that matter in most cases are transported by road into another place to through into the Ocean. I have seen convoys of truck’s by the dozens. Not many people in the world knows that, and I have in my computer photos and videos of such. A.Oscart

Very nice. Seems like an interesting place to visit. The architecture, for the style it is, is very nicely designed too. It also looks very clean, almost too clean.

    @George Johnson – Uhm ok…

Wouldn’t it be nice if all of these middle eastern could get along with each other?! It would be so peaceful for all the citizens of the area although the politicians/dictators might not like it much. Amongst all the citizens of the world Peace is at the top of their list of priorities. They mean peace for all!… Will we ever see it happen? Maybe not in my lifetime but sooner or later it shall come to pass.

The closest this display of extravagance comes to mentioning that there is no sewage system, and that every day, miles and miles of convoyed “honeywagons” (sewage trucks) tie up highways carrying waste out of town, is the comment, “They think about functionality less when plan to build something new, they are more interested in its exterior beauty.” Skin deep.
