    How Smoked Cheese Is Made

    11
Posted on January 14, 2013 by team

Smoked cheese “suluguni” is quite good as a snack for beer. Its shape resembles threads or macaroni.

Here you may see how such cheese is made in Abakan, Khakassia.

    Cheers!

I bet you eat at mcdonalds and other american franchises. They are filthier than you could ever imagine.

Ill eat the pubes of the workers in theese picture before paying for mcdonalds, burgerking or anything american.

The choice isnt where to get clean food, its about WHO you want to support and what kinds of people and buisness you want to be there in the future.

Thats all i can say :)

How much does it cost in russia? In Estonia it is 32€ for a kilogram, what is pretty expensive.

In St.Petersburg it costs ~10€/kilogram. It is fibrous, dry, salty and smoky cheese.

This is also known as “kasichka”, which translates to “braid”. It’s quite salty tasting, good if you have plenty of beer to go with it!
