By the way, author of this video is heading from Chertanovo district to Sevastopolsky avenue in Moscow. His driving style is common for young police or local authority offsprings, they usually are not punished for that, for obvious reason. The direction makes me assume that he’s probably late for classes in RUDN or MGIMO Univercity, there are a lot of such kids.
