Abandoned Research Center of the Soviet Times

Posted on January 7, 2013 by team

We are going to see the territory of the former research center of aerospace industry situated in the Moscow region, in the city called Peresvet. One can spend hours walking there though the place already resembles a cemetery.

It is a cover of the test stand for rocket and aircraft engines.

There is a vacuum test chamber in that gray building.

    But let us get inside…

    “Safety requirements are self-care”.

    It reads “In reserve”.

The place is ideal for metal hunters.

This is it – the vacuum test chamber.

Its huge cover has not been mounted..

    “Entrance”.

This is one of the lamps which were supposed to give light to the camera and simulate cosmic light and temperature conditions.

Inside it is like a glass with double walls.

Such a “star” is on the bottom.

It’s the view of the chamber from above.

And it’s what we see from that red bridge.

We hope the city will only prosper.

    Location: Peresvet, the Moscow region

Damn! I’d love to visit there. Amazing pics. It’s curious that it’s still got electricity.

Pic’s seem to be from 2008 and 2011, that might explain it, as parts of it were still in use in 2008.

One can only guess, what remains today…

Just like NASA when it was operating. But now we are heading in the right direction.

The future of America after obama the lawless gets his way, and the destruction from the radical left wing liberals that hate their very own country. The infiltration of socialism and communism in the country, is doing this as I write, just look at destroit or chicago.
They’re spending themselves into HUGE, incredible amounts of debt, because that’s the only way they can get elected and stay in power, buying votes and lying to the public.

Seems before closing they were testing high-power explosives as well. Or some rocket experiment went very very wrong!
