In the 21st century, and they still have guys scoop out he sand by hand instead of using an automatic spreader…….unbelievable.
Thats how they create jobs and say that russians would never work on such type of job! But what if to not take uzbeks and to buy automatic spreader? They will never do that…even having budget on it.
Yea yea, i know… in 10 years the spreader would have been payed itself back, due to saved costs. But the problem is, they didnt have the money for it, and now they at least embloy 2 people, who would be otherwise unembloyed.
Just look “snow road accidents” on Youtube. Automatic spreaders can not handle all the roads at once in case of an unexpected snowfall.
The math of this is quite simple: buying an automatic spreader gives you an opportunity to steal money once. Using a bunch of uzbeks gives you a prolonging source of money by grabbing half of their salary each month. They will keep silent, because has almost no rights. Voila…
