Getting Childrens Health Stronger, Siberian Style

    14
Posted on January 1, 2013 by team

What do you think about quenching? These kids from Barnaul, Russia, do it with pleasure and nobody makes them do this. Their teacher has a rich experience in raising children. She thinks that quenching is necessary even for little babies.

So children from the Siberian kindergarten start their day from a bucket of cold water, no matter how cold it is outside. As their teacher and parents say, the daily cold street shower keep children strong and very healthy throughout the year

    Can you do the same?

The logic of this is the same as believing in getting shot will make you more resistant to bullets.

Pfft, that’s nothing. Kids that live in Russia might pour cold water on themselves in the winter, but kids in the desert set themselves on fire during the summer, so they’re way more bad ass.
