    Unusual Omelette For Breakfast

Posted on December 13, 2012 by team

This time we are going to cook breakfast. And it’s going to be omelette today. It will be cooked in an unusual way and served with tomatoes and jerked beef. But we need to have necessary ingredients first.

For a nice portion for a hungry man we need:
    Eggs – 4 pcs.
    Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons.
    Jerked beef or jamon – 100 g.
    One tomato.
    Herbs and sunflower oil.

Smash the eggs and beat them with a whisk.

Now add the mayonnaise. You need one tablespoon of mayonnaise for one egg. Do not add salt, the mayonnaise is already salty.

Beat it all again till you get a liquid mass.

Next two steps are better to be done in advance. Cut the tomatoes.

And put them on the plate together with the meat and herbs.

Now put the frying pan on the fire, add a bit of oil and heat it. Do not too much oil. Pour some mass into the pan and fry it as you fry pancakes.

The thinner your pancake is the better.

Let it fry for twenty-thirty seconds on each side.

Now start rolling the pancake. Make the roll flat with help of a turner. You can use your nails if they are long.

The unfinished roll should be moved aside the pan.

And then add another portion of the liquid omelette and spread it near the unfinished roll.

Then start it rolling the same way.

Do all the same till all the liquid omelette turns into the rolled omelette.

When you are done with this, put the ready omelette on the plate with the cut tomato and meat, cut the roll into pieces and serve it all.

    Beautiful and tasty!

I cook the egg this way all the time. Due to my Korean heritage, I put a sheet of “Nori” on fried eggs and roll them together. Try milk or sour cream (I forget the name in Russkyi).

I don’t like browned eggs. Looks overcooked.
