It is hard to explain what happens on this video and why the guy is training like this. We can only guess. The first thing that comes to mind is that he’s a real clubber. But maybe he knows a super secret exercise system?

We hope he didn’t hurt himself..

    Some people just make it up as they go along. Some guys, are just plain weird.
    I saw a guy in there, that used to pull his weight lifting belt up, REALLY tight. Like, to show off his tiny waist, or how small he could make it. It was probably about 14 inches or so, really small.
    No point in doing that, other than to just show off how weird he looked. He thought he was super cool. Other guys like to slam the weights down and scream a lot. Also stupid. Especially when there’s a sign right in front of them, that says DO NOT SLAM THE WEIGHTS ON THE FLOOR!
    Hey!! Look at me everybody!!!
