Soviet censorship did not permit nude bodies on TV screens as a rule of a thumb. Most of these shots are exactly from the movies of the 1960-70s (and even earlier periods).
At that time western movies were not shown at all. That’s why students came back to movie theaters for several times to see those scenes again and again..
