6 Debunking Myths of the Tower

Debunking Myths of the Tower

Posted on June 12, 2012 by team

This tower of the state scientific centre of Russia is overgrown with legends and rumours, some say that it has unique equipment inside, others believe it was abandoned in the 80s and will collapse soon. Nobody gave any reliable answers. Let’s visit the tower and climb on its top.

The construction is so impressive inside!

The equipment looks rather old.

It has a manipulator inside. Not sure if it was intended for a space program “Buran” but it looks functional.

It does not look abandoned. No duster or mess, there is electricity and a working elevator. Resembles “Half-Life” atmosphere a bit.

Location: Saint Petersburg
