Deer-skin workpiece for upper part of the shoes
Shabrak soles
Making a mould for the upper part of the shoes
Sole is to be glued to the upper part. The nails are removed and an ornamental welt from leatherboard is glued on.
Then we should glue the second part of the sole
Gluing the outer shabrack layer of the sole.
The sole and the mould are to be tightly connected
Meking a heel and a tip
For the heel we use the same leather as for the sole.
Applying beeswax on the welt of the sole and heating to the necessary temperature.
Polishing
The result to be proud of!

I saw Peter Pan yesterday wearing a pair of those shoes.
You could not sell them since in CHINA they work for 10 cents an hour (American money).
Russia has to succumb to importing CHINA products due to the low cost and lack of quality.

Cause I saw a program the other day about containers arriving from China to Hamburg port that contained not only shoes and clothes but also a high concentration of toxic gases and other stuff from glue etc…
But thumbs up for this guy, if you don’t want to buy shoes, why don’t make your own ones??
