Future halves of the cover are of cardboard 0,8 mm thick.

The cardboard is glued to polychloroprene

Applying polychloroprene to the cover for the further sticking of the laminated fabric.

Cutting off the excess leather

Marking the place for the frame

Applying polyurethane adhesive to the details, when it dries the details must be heated and stuck.

Passing the elastic through. “A lock” for the elastic is to be glued and and sewed.

Cleaning with benzine
