Very serious looking aircraft…the Russians are clearly among the world’s leaders in helicopter development.
The shoulder mass of each blade is immense to say the least. These baby’s are heavy well armored and very powerful. This is a first for me to see downward exhaust for xtra lift etc. The tail is interesting as well not sure if they group the blades close for safety of power? These things are just loaded with sensors,interesting to see which would win against the Apache.
RB, the exhaust dosnt provide any extra lift, its an extensive off gas cooling system. And the X-shape blades are there to reduce noise
Tire pressure always seems low on these choppers
thats cause it so fing heavy..Tis a very ugly heli. but im sure it can do its job better than most, if not the best.
