The “Some unknown aggregate” is probably a press for making pills. The material coming from the conical ending was cut by wire, then dried. The clay bottles seen on one of the photos were used for oil.

Probably ones who knew what was the purpose of the “unknown aggregate” has been expelled by red mob, so the advanced knowledge disappeared completely with the natives. Until today, thanks CZenda.

The words “Apteka”, “pomada twarz”, “kwas karbolowy” seems to be written in latin letters. I wonder how many brave CA soldiers died after “kwas karbolowy” tasting :)
