How quickly we forget! Places that flood get rebuilt only to flood again. Look at the millions being spent to stop floods in New Orleans. Just move to higher ground!
why cannot cow swim? it always amazies me that people leave their cars so water will ruin them! move to high ground in time!
Probably a piece of valley land. Farmers reap the reward of this flood with revitalized soil and a good crop.
