Soviet utilitarianism at it’s best! True euclidean geometry!!
Poor people who are living into these multistorey buildings. Most likely built in soviet period as quick and cheap solution for people. In case of some explosion or because of bad maintenance (based on its age) it’s a total deathtrap.
