On January, 29th they held a military reconstruction of liberating Gatchina to celebrate the breakage of the Siege of Leningrad. The event took place near Gatchina, the Leningrad Region.

    Looks like the MG-42 jammed n the cold, probably one small reason why the Germans got their asses handed to them on the Eastern front back n WW2

    It looks like germans didn’t had an apropiate uniform for the heavy cold weather.. somewhere it was said that the extreme cold ,killed many and that gave an edge the soviets with their better prepared army for such conditions.
