With this device, they can show movies to the soldiers.
However, commanders prefer to use all these devices as rarely as possible because they are the ones responsible in case they break down. It’s a deep-rooted delusion inherent in the Russian Army and it is time to change their attitude towards modern gadgets.

Pretty impresive, I must say!
The discrepancies between the four tank brigades are a shame.
What discrepancies do you mean?
Some of the tank brigades, like the 5th Tank Guards, have all T-90′s as their active tank. Others like the 4th Tank Guards have almost no T-90′s and use T-80′s.
Do only Tank Guards units get the T 90 and it’s varients ?
No. Some of the elite Motor Rifles, like the old 2nd Tamanskaya division, also have T-90′s.
The exposed batteries in the crane look like an accident waiting to happen.
No money to complete the dorm building?? Why not?
I was an American tanker 25 yrs ago, and glad we never had to face off. May it continue that way.
