Construction of the Federation Tower is in full swing. Slipform construction is very difficult to do and with winter approaching, it gets even more difficult.

Hydraulic jacks which uplift the slipform.

Cleaning the slipform.

Enclosure entrance/exit.

Reinforcement rods.

This is a slipform for another floor.

Concrete.

Fresh concrete.

    What are those white wires through the steel bars? Is that the heater wire to prevent concrete from freezing up during curing?
    I heard russian builders use such things in cold weather, but have never seen them by my eyes.
