In November, they held a a wild nature photographer festival in Montier-en-Der, France. This is a photo collection ‘Foxes of Kamchatka’ presented by Russian photographer-animalist Sergey Gorshkov.

This photo became the festival’s emblem.

49 thousand people visited the four-day festival!

Kids were especially happy to see the photos.

They made champagne specially for the festival.

Great pictures, especially because some pictures seem to be taken from really close distance, not through a telephoto lens. How was the photographer able to get so close to a wild animal? Does he have a personal relationship to that fox?
cool post!
Great photos !
Y5K foxes are not so clever like wolves.
Ho much does a fox puppy cost?
Excellent photos!
I heard fox live alone. so I think some photo like ‘kamchatkafoxesphotos-14.jpg’ is rare.
Most likely the “champagne-bottle” picture was taken with a remote-control camera. The camera was placed just above the snow and with the natural curiosity of the fox it was simply a question of patience, sooner or later the fox would come check the camera out. Takes some patience though…
Russian animals are so pretty versus people ))
