    Mansions of Rublyovka

    The so called Rublyovka is a residential territory of 300 square kilometers (which is twice as much as Leichtenstein) which is located in Moscow area. Over 30 thousand people reside here in more than 10 thosand mansions.

    We want to remind you that, according to statistics, just 18 square meters falls on each Russian citizen and over 80% of them live in panel houses or houses with no facilities at all.

    Let’s take a look at some of the homes, priced from 10 million dollars.

    In the picture there is a 57 million dollar mansion with a floor area of 1091 square meters. It is located in Gorki-2 Village. Lot size is 57000 square meters. On the territory there is a gym (3770 square meters) with a pool, two guest houses and a lot of utility structures.






    This house is priced at 23 million dollars and it is located in Gorki-2. Floor area is 1700 square meters, lot size is 5000 square meters. On the lot there is a quard house (200 square meters) and a service staff house (250 square meters).

    A 1200 square meter house in Zhukovo Village, priced at 18 million dollars.

    This 1180 square meter mansion is priced at 14.8 million dollars. Lot size: 10 000 square meters. Location: Gorki-8 Village.

    1100 square meter home in Barvikha. Lot size is 3800 square meters. Price is 27 million dollars. The advertisements runs, ‘Armed security, access control, patrolling’.

    Another house in Gorki-2. Lot size: 10 000 square meters. Price: 26 million dollars. The first floor features a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a fireplace room, a hall, a cloackroom, and a bathroom. Here there is also a pool, a sauna, a shower, a Turkish sauna, a terrace, and a two-car garage. The second floor has a bedroom with a bathroom and a walk-in closet, a study, another bedroom, two bathrooms, a closet, a hall, and an elevator. The third floor has two bedrooms (one of them with a bathroom and a walk-in closet), a home cinema, a living room and a play room. In the basement there is a laundry room, a wine cellar, a bathroom, a storage, a closet, a shower, a boiler room, back offices.

    1000 square meter home. Price: 35 million dollars. Location: Gorki-2.

    25 million dollar home. Floor area: 1680 square meters. Lot size: 11 000 square meters. Location: Nikolina Gora.

    Another home in Nikolina Gora, 22 million dollars.

    1800 square meter home in Razdori. Lot size: 10 000 square meters. Price: 31 million dollars.

    Here’s a description of one of the houses in St. Retersburg: the mansion was built for reception of high-ranking officials. Its design and architecture were aimed at delighting the quests (room hight is 14 meters, a marble staircase, columns…). The designer went to Italy and went up to mountain to choose the marble personally.

      could they share these amazing houses with the masses? You could easily fit 10 families in each home. Bit like the Soviet times, but then again each home would have a communal swimming pool and more. Its the way forward!

      Man, some of those houses was so beutiful. Russians have excellent taste thats for sure. Not like those awful Hollywood houses that looks like props out of a childrens play.

      These amazing houses speak more about the selfishness and avarice of their wealthy owners than anything else. Meanwhile, average Russians struggle to make a living and survive. Life isn’t fair, but this is ridiculous. I wouldn’t be surprised if regular citizens got very angry when they see photos like this.
