Who says crime doesn’t pay?
could they share these amazing houses with the masses? You could easily fit 10 families in each home. Bit like the Soviet times, but then again each home would have a communal swimming pool and more. Its the way forward!
really beautifull houses.
Owned by ethnic Russians or foreigners?
Dumpest question ever. Although, I am sure those houses are owned by ethnic Russians. Why would anyone even ask this kind of question?
Who says you have to be a criminal to be wealthy? Is this the norm in Russia?
Why did they put an iconostasis in their mansion???
“Armed Security, Access Control, Patrolling”… damn gotta keep the competing Bratki out at all costs. : S
On another note, this is dead on. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rkB9OT2XVvA
Dramatic color overload.
way over the top to me, they look like footballers houses,,,,,,,,,eeerrggghhhh!
Man, some of those houses was so beutiful. Russians have excellent taste thats for sure. Not like those awful Hollywood houses that looks like props out of a childrens play.
Apparently, rich people don’t have taste.
I’m a real estate agent and in this time of difficult economics I can say that this multi-million mansions are sold more then ever.
Don’t forget, it was parliamentarians who were in office during the great USSR fire sale who got most rich. Former communists.
A flat roof? In Russia? They’ll be sorry.
Criminals. All of them.
Did someone say indequality of incomes?
No need; this tacky display of wealth one wishes to himself speaks for itself.
taste and money do not go together
These amazing houses speak more about the selfishness and avarice of their wealthy owners than anything else. Meanwhile, average Russians struggle to make a living and survive. Life isn’t fair, but this is ridiculous. I wouldn’t be surprised if regular citizens got very angry when they see photos like this.
Such crass, vulgar taste for the crass, vulgar people who own them.
