    From Civilians Into Soldiers

    25
Posted on October 6, 2011 by team

Russians are working on a new project – “Special mission”. This time the participants are working not in the rich sets adroitly imitating some extreme environment but in absolutely real conditions of a Russian military unit. All the participants are people who are really far from the army. In some weeks under the command of real veteran officers they have to turn into tempered, disciplined soldiers ready to attain special combat tasks. In fact it’s not just a TV show, it’s more likely a real army experiment.

They sure don’t look like they are all really from the army.

      Really good facilities, BTW.

Women should not be allowed in combat roles.

The army is not an institution for social experiments but for killing.

Why not. They can do almost everything a male soldier can do, and sometimes can do it even better.

Not for real. They cant not carry heavy things over a long time. Physics are less then men, in western army they need extra facilities like portable toilets. Ofcourse as Snipers or doctors they are well. But on the field they lack of physics and on high rankings they lack of brain :)

“Ofcourse as Snipers or doctors they are well.” Exactly. Combat medics, combat engineers, combat caters, snipers, intel. officers, comms. officers, they all have to go into combat. And they are all roles which women can easily perform with the right training and motivation.

Women snipers proved very effective during the Patriotic war. Women fliers even more so, Google “Night Witches”. Or how about Lydia Litvyak, one of only two female aces. She even shot down an 11 kill German ace… feeling threatened now- good, you should be, females have a killer instinct most men can’t match when they are aroused to it.

As a sniper, but now imagine a woman on the field. Most of them fail at all parcours. Only to be pollitical correct a government should spend millions for female clothes, rooms, teachers and all other stuff you have to build, just to get a weaker human into an army.

I dont want to pay for a worser army more, just some irritated chicks think they have to prove them as men.

Where else do you think snipers operate but on the battlefield? Women may not be as tough or fast as men, but they have their uses.

Woman have been the victims of war since before history began. Therefore woman should be in the military, even if they are not strong enough to hump 155mm shells etc, so they can at least fight back.

These facilities reminds me of that mid 90s film “Starship Troppers”, don’t know if anyone would agree.

This play ground has nothing to do with real military life, I’m sure in reality soldiers don’t have the luxury of having such commodities in the field…

I notice that a lot of effort was expended to camouflage structures. I see camo netting, but on top of that is safety yellow borders. I assume these can be quickly reversed, or covered up? The entire fenced in area for football (soccer) is painted bright yellow, how do you conceal that?
