The Place Where Real Pilots Are Made

The 344th Center for Combat Training and Re-qualification of Army Aviation Staff located in the city of Torzhok was formed in late 1979. Its personnel carried out the missions of the government of the USSR and Russia both within the country and abroad in 30 countries. The center trains the pilots of the highest category and gives them “pilot-sniper” and ” navigator-sniper” qualifications.
