The Adventures of Ukrainian Downhillers in the Carpathians

Posted on September 1, 2011 by team

The beautiful Carpathian mountains, rough tracks and a lot of adrenalin. That’s what any downhiller dreams of.

All things are packed and loaded into an old Caddy.

Comfortable seats are occupied. It’s time to set off.

The road is long but interesting.

The nice city of Ternopil.

In Bukovel, there is a wonderful five-story car park for several thousand cars. Parking is absolutely free. Here you can leave your car and continue your way to the Carpathians.

20 lifts with a bike cost ₴ 100 (about $ 12.5). A lift without one costs ₴ 35 (about $ 4.3). The price is more than ok.

A luxurious hotel.
