The Inside Of Electronic Devices

Posted on July 26, 2011 by kulichik

We live in the world of electronics and don’t think much about the way it is manufactured. Today we’ll visit a Russian enterprise that specializes on development and production of different electronics boards.

As any kind of domestic devices consists of boards made in China, this enterprise aims at producing high-tech electronic devices which are not available in China at much lower prices.

Before working with electronic boards it’s necessary to get rid of static electricity.

The enterprise produces medical equipment, electronics for automobiles, safety systems and radio communications. The most famous device is represented by radio channels for Pepsi fridges.

“Close the lid before work”

Total production output of automatic lines engaged in assembling of elements is over 230 thousand components an hour.

The enterprise also woks with lead technologies and is located in the town of Zelenograd.

In small-scale production assembling can be carried manually.

Sadly, Mr (R)evolutionist, it is not a “clean-room”, as evidenced by the fact that nobody is wearing hairnets. One guy is even wearing sandals, whereas in a clean-room they all shuffle about in those funny plastic shoe-covers.

So tell us about your mind…
