Not on a percentage basis. I am not talking shear numbers. It is the percentage increase. You are right those countries send more people. However, the fastest growing group by percentage is Russian speaking people.
Check again. The increase is not significant at all. You should check the growth rate of immagration from many, many other countries. Russian increase or volume is not significant at all. It doesn’t support what you say or your intention.
