The cathedral, Mosque and Place side by side perfect example of harmony among different religions.
The mosquee in the Kazan Kremlin is not old: in 1991, they dared destruct an ancient church and build at it’s place this absolutely ugly mosquee! Shame to those muslim fundamentalists!
The churches look historical but the mosque is modern and gaudy. Was it paid by the Iranian government?

Muslims and Christians living alongside one another! Is it possible to be both? Can you go to Church service and then head over to the mosque and pray being that Allah and God are the same thing anyway?
But Kazan is not Kremlin only. I was going there every weekend durring my contract in Russia. Very nice place.
