News From Russian Roads, Part 30

You’ll find striking billboards recently installed in a Russian city, discover a home-made monster jeep, be amazed at flooded roads and a custom road sign.

Authoroties of Nizhniy Novgorod decided to fight against drinking and driving with such shocking billboards.

“Your body could have been here”

    Location: Nizhniy Novgorod

This car became pretty flat after a truck had fallen onto it. All in all 7 cars were damaged. Surprisingly, the driver of Terano escaped without a scratch.

This truck smashed 10 cars on its way, some of them – already lying on its side.

    Location: Vladivostok

For two Yakut men a usual jeep is not enough. After 1,5 years of work they presented their all-terrain vehicle which is made of the parts of a Russian jeep UAZ, Japanese jeep Nissan and a tractor. The monster can reach speed of 90 km per hour carrying ten people aboard and even swim like a boat. Enjoy the pictures taken during a winter test drive. Yarrr!

The monster jeep would be great for driving along some Russian flooded roads.

    “No parking!”

“Save the carpet no matter what!”

You probably expect to see a usual zebra crossing roadsign? You’ll be definitely amazed at the next photo.

    Fat people crossing?

    Location: Kharkov

I don’t think I’d like to drive around there.

As often happens when one consumes too much alcohol, the man hanging from the billboard has made himself vulnerable to sexual assault. I hope a compassionate passerby tosses him a tube of anal lube.

I thought that ‘naked fat people crossing’ sign was a joke, then I noticed the other signs are the same. Heh heh heh.

The best thing about the billboard is how it rhymes, just like the old Soviet posters about the evils of drinking…
