    Assorted Russia, Part 6

    8
Posted on December 24, 2010 by CJ

A new sculpture has recently appeared on the streets of Odessa. This is a fantastic horse created by Alexandre Milov, one of the best modern artists of this city. The only material used here is simple shoes.

Odessa is like Austin, Tx. (Odessa, Ukraine- NOT Odessa, Tx!); therefore, let’s “Keep Odessa Weird.”

Man can’t improve on visual art, that is, nature. The only worthwhile “art” man is good at is music, audio art. Paintings and sculpture are inferior to any nature scene.

Odessa is in Ukraine, not Russia! The Russians stole so much from us—don’t give them our art and cities as well.

I really like those little paper people it reminds me of the farm and farm animals my old granny cut out for me to play with when I was a small child. The shoe sculpture is a great way to advertise shoes.
