Liver Bread – Easy And Delicious

Liver bread is a universal dish – it can be both a snack and a supper with trimming.

To cook liver bread we need: 1 kilogram of beef liver, two eggs, 2 tablespoonfuls of flour, 1\2 glass of rice, 2 onions, 2 carrots, one teaspoonful of leaven, salt and pepper to taste.

We start boiling rice and meanwhile we grind liver, onion and carrot in mincing machine.

Add eggs to the mincemeat,

A spoon of leaven,


Boiled rice,

Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix everything carefully,

And put into the form oiled with vegetable-based fluid.

We bake our bread for 40 minutes. Temperature should be about 390-400 degrees Fahrenheit.

    I have always liked beef liver, but these pictures want me to throw up. It could actually taste very good but the looks of it are absolutely disgusting…
