    Here is a short illustrative instruction on “How to cook pilaf” – the traditional oriental dish with mutton, rice and vegetables!






    Firstly we should make a good fire.

      It is extremely delicious, trust me.
      The water added should be boiling hot and not too much – half-inch above the rice. Do not steer the rice with the rest of the staff – it should lay like a layer. Using thin long knife make few holes in the rice down to the bottom.
      After all the water has been evaporated/absorbed put cover on the pot (qazan), and put few old towels on top of it for thermal insulation. Keeping very slow fire wait for 45 minutes for rice to be fully cooked. Bon appetite!

      Even mutton can be made edible if boiled for a long time.
