Posted on October 22, 2010 by team

From the 7th till the 10th of October, 2010 there was held the 16-th Oldtimer Gallery. This year there were presented such interesting cars as Ford Thunderbird(favourite car of Merylin Monroe, Elvis Presley and John Kennedy); Delahaye 175 — a make of car which doesn't exist for already half a century. A part of the exposition was devoted to the 100-th anniversary of the Alpha Romeo Company and the 40-th anniversary of Volga GAZ-24.

Hey Amitiel, I think George Johnson was replying to Mickey when he said “you didn’t say anything anyway.” — he wasn’t insulting you. :)

Some nice cars there. Even the hood ornaments are worth some money. Those are had to find.

Ha, the fastest car in the USSR. And the ugliest too.

…you gotta have swagger to pop your collar…and he (is it Vinokur?) doesn’t know swagger if it sat on his lap.

  6. Left SR says:

SSSR, is that you in pic 7? Nice hat, but I thought you said it had a white band?

  7. OLUT says:

Beautiful cars… I would love to see this auto show!

I’ll just bet Stalin and Lenin are somewhere, crying over the blatant capitalism in their adopted home! Crying and caressing eachother gently…

  8. Jim-bob says:

For a show depicted as celebrating the GAZ 24, why are none pictured here? All I saw was a lone GAZ 21 and a GAZ 21 couch.

  9. Testicules says:

    Classic American steel. Love it!
