“In Vino Veritas!” or How to Make Home-Made Wine

Posted on October 19, 2010 by team

So, this is how home-made Moldavian wine is made. This wine is of course not for sale – for you and for your neighbors.

A grinder

Grape is being grinded.

…adding some white grape for the proper taste…

Fermentation

The wine is kept in basement.

Preparations for lifting barrels up.

Yeast.

This juice will become white wine in future.

During the fermentation mass rises for about 20 cm up. People say – “the wine is boiling”.

The pan is more than 50-years old.

After the pressing.

The new wine is ready and is forwarded into a cellar.

This wine seems to be all in, fermentation including bits of branch etc, the main idea seems to be right, the details need tweaking.
