        Ukrainians were subjected to certain level of European culture, being part of Austro-Hungarian Empire. Today´s Ukraine hangs somewhere between becoming a normal European country and Putler´s colony. The result is unclear.

          Ukrainians never been a part of Austro-Hungary. Only 25% of so called “ukrainians”, which were united by Stalin with soviet Ukraine, been Polish and Hungary colony before 1939.
