I don’t know if they take their bras off but in the late 90′s some have undone their shirts and shown some skin.I saw it on the news on the FOX channel. That channel crosses the line sometimes with the programs it shows. The network was almost fined several times by the FCC.Good channel to watch :)

I would recommend to Russian TV to employ at least few black and Asian reporters instead of the Caucasians only – like here in US. This would help to fight racism in Russia.

why russian women last names are always ending in “-a” like it is in accordance with a woman name??

Yes, there are gender differences. -a often ends a female surname.
For example, Ivanov is a man. Ivanova is a woman.

Although, this rule is not strict and usually only applies to ethnic russian surnames. Morgun, Schneider or Rabinovich surnames will be the same for man and woman

Russian is a tough language to learn, but Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, and Korean are even more difficult.

I’ve learned Russian and I’m learning Mandarin. Russian and Mandarin are both hard to pronounce for typical Americans who only speak one language but grammar wise Russian and Mandaring are apples and oranges, can’t compare, Mandarin doesn’t have what would be referred to as grammar in western languages. Cantonese is much harder to learn because of the nine tones and colloquial nature and pronunciation.

Hungarian is apparently the most difficult sophisticated language to learn, not even attempting.

Yes, of all languages currently spoken in Europe, only Finnish, Hungarian and Basque are of non Indo-European origin. Compared to that languages, English, Russian, Spanish, Greek, Latin, etc. really seem very, very similar – because they are.

As for Finnish and Hungarian, they are very complicated (to us), but at least pronounciation is easy, because stress is always on the first syllable in the word and words are written 100% phonetically (the same letter is always pronounced in the same way). One interesting property of these languages is the total absence of gender – there is no concept of masculine, feminine, or neuter.

I do agree that Hungarian seems to be a bit more complicated then Finnish. But, compared to these two representatives of Ugro-Finnic group of Ural-Altay family of languages, Basque seems to be even harder. Many linguists agree that Basque, a language-isolate (i.e. not related to anything else) is the hardest European language to learn.

Most mature men agree that ALL women are lovely and even more so when they are treated with dignity and respect…many more smiles and much more laughter.

You are making an attempt to show some intelligence but then you make the “spic” remark. Too bad, tells me all I need to know.
