It’s a patient’s history. One of them is about a woman who worked as cleaner in kindergarten. She had a schizophrenia. Was agressive, sweared like a bargee. After a course of medical treatment was discharged from the hospital in 1979.
Why is there always a old/creepy gas mask in these abandoned places
They are relics of civil defense warehouses. Gas masks look scary and they are often used in cheap horror movies, thus they photograph them instead of taking pictures of e.g. rotten bandages.
What´s “creepy” about this? There are mental asylums everywhere the biggest of them all is “israel”….
why do the books have all that backwards jibberish writing? those people must have been really crazy to write all those books with that jibberish.
Did they have patients until 2005 in those shabby settings, or did it become like this in only five years??
I don’t see anything creepy about this place either. The building, although old now and trashed, looked like it could have been a beautiful place. I’ve seen old mental hospitals in the US that are WAY creepier than this. The stuff nightmares are made of.

There are plenty of old mental institutions in the U.S. There is one just a few towns over from my home.

Journals get left behind all over Europe. Been to serveral abandoned Hospitals all over Europe all with journals left behind.

I understand abandoning the hospital, but leaving the patients’ records there is criminal. None of the patients asked for their illness, and they don’t deserve to have their records left where anyone can read them.

Interesting set of pictures. Kinda cool but at the exact same time its also rather creepy. Makes you wonder if there was any illegal forms of punishment or operations going on? I know that things like that happen all over the world from all times in history…thanks for the pictures…
As I see in medical records, those girls was 17 year old. So this looks like kid’s mental hospital or department.
