Due to morbid predilection of the Moscow owners of small business to mark their establishments with paint on the asphalt, now the entire capital of Russia, especially its center, looks spotty. However, they don't do it openly, cause it's forbidden, they take a bottomless package, hide a spray and a stencil inside and, if necessary, they paint right in a package.

I have to give these people props. Its a very inventive way of advertising. Thousands of people see the ad every day and its relatively “free” besides time and paint. Pretty cool even if it is against the law. Its still inventive…

Brothel owners used to do the same thing in ancient rome. They would carve foot steps into the roads leading to thier establishment. Some traditions never die.

It’s only against the law until the city starts selling the space. It’s not like it’s harming anyone.

They should spray aomething like : “Look at the beautifull sky” “Look at the sky, look for Chemtrails”.
    or “Why don’t you smile?”

Alternative is full-scale invasion to bring about regime change and bring in democracy.
