News From Russian Roads - Part 6 2

In this weird accident the tram driver is to blame. Her tram car stopped on the isolated area where tram wires are crossed with the trolleybuses’ ones and she had to move a bit back to start off. But she moved too far instead, because she released the brakes not from the cab but manually with a crow.
As a result 5 cars are wrecked, the female driver of Chevrolet needed psychological aid.

but then, the car was on the tram’s rail. so, it’s not 100% the tram’ driver’s fault. then again, i really hated when there’s car’ accident on the tram’s rail. it will like 10 trams stucked n couldn’t move until the police arrive

As the author stated this accident is the fault of the driver using a crow. I contacted Audabon Society, and was told that crows are not authorized to release brakes on trams.
