    Interesting.

The first photo, and further down (same, but listed as “self-moving car”) is actually a “programable robot” he designed.

He actually did a good bit of automation type stuff. And this “car” was basically a wind up type, but could be programmed for specific motions.

Very similar to “line following robots” of today. (same sort of motion)

What a coincidence! Say a similar exhibit in the Museum of the Rockies in Bozeman Montana recently…

Da Vinci is arguably the most intelligent and most seminal and well-rounded artist, scientist, and inventor that history has ever seen. I am sure that he could invent a giant mechanical sling with which to launch certain dim-witted posters as well as the owner of this blog into the far reaches of the galaxy. If only Leonardo were still alive…….

      I like Mendeleev.

And I like Mandella. So what is your point? Pack your bags immediately and prepare to be launched via Leonardo’s new sling. I’m sure that postal cards are available where you will be going, however I am pretty certain that delivery might take quite some time…

    Absolute genius.

Don’t know why, but makes me think of Nikola Tesla.
