There was a story some time ago about people in UK or somewhere like that put the photos of their kid with a cigarette – just for fun and then were accused by social workers and police came to them etc.
Well, even a fast look across some popular Russian social networks revealed that this is not a problem for people there. “Kid? A Cigarette? Not a big business, really!”, people say. And some of the cigarettes are even lit.
